Elinor Keshet is a service designer and innovation strategist at Idea Couture’s Toronto office, where she designs health systems for and with patients. Elinor holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Toronto and is the recipient of the National Collaborating Centre’s award for innovation in knowledge translation. Drawing on a rich spectrum of people-centered processes including participatory research, co-design, and systems analysis, Elinor developed a system integrating clinical and personal health data in Ontario, a national peer-to-peer HIV program, and a multichannel sexual assault training tool for service providers. Elinor is a comedian turned designer who can be found bike touring through the mountains of West Virginia in her spare time.
