Essense – Service Design
Harald founded Essense in 2011 after spending 4 years at Microsoft in Seattle and 6 years at Vodafone Group in Europe, ultimately as ‘Head of Experience Design’. In these 10 years he gained a deep understanding of effective collaboration in a service development environment and the role of a design function in that context. We aim to be an integral design partner for our clients for achieving a coherent end-to-end customer experience across channels. Stakeholder management and design proces are just as important as our deliverables because a holistic customer experience requires a holistic approach with our clients. Harald enjoys giving guest lectures and service-design trainings.
