Joel Bailey is an experienced Service Designer, with 15 years experience helping clients get the most from service design. Over that period he’s combined design creativity, user- centred methods and business strategy to transform services in the private and public sectors. He spent five years as Director of Service Design at Capita, a FTSE business with 70,000 staff delivering 200m customer contacts a year for organisations such as BMW, the BBC and Ministry of Defence.
Joel is co-founder of Strategic Design Resourcing, and now Director of Livework London, the independent pioneer of service design.
