Mark heads up the Product and Service Strategy team at Adaptive Lab, which means he spends most of his time working with everyone from startups to big banks to help them design and deliver services that make a positive difference both to their customers and their bottom line. He’s always had a keen interest in understanding the role of technology in changing the way we live in a career that’s taken him from studying Artificial Intelligence to working as a web developer via a spell as a R&D engineer for a major Telco.
Lately, Mark’s been increasingly interested in the way business organise (or often don’t!) around the new opportunities enabled by the increasing prevalence of technology.
