Matylda is a Strategic Design expert with an international experience in creating innovative and meaningful digital services through uncovering latent needs and motivations of people, client’s business requirements and the latest trends and new technologies. Matylda has a wide portfolio of work demonstrating strong human-centered design capabilities across a diverse range of projects in different industries, such as healthcare, banking, telecom and retail. She has conducted many ethnography studies, from patients with chronic conditions in Spain to commercial and corporate business customers in the UK. She has worked on both, the agency and client-side, with exposure to multidisciplinary teams. She has experience in the entire spectrum of the design process, from early exploratory stages, MVP, iterations and commercialization.
