»I’m delighted to be sharing PDR’s perspective on the future of service design at the conference and look forward to ensuring the UK service design community remains the driving force for service design around the world.
The UK is one of the global leaders for service design practice in agencies, government and business. Until now this has been supported through informal networks, regional events and good will. However, this conference is a step-change in how the community and practice is represented. It is only through events like this that we can build a more connected and ambitious industry in the UK.«Paul Thurston
