Robert J. Neal is a board member at service design consultancy Qualia where he serves as a consultant for applied behavioral sciences in service design and user experience design. He is an active researcher in applied cognitive science and is also a frequent speaker. Robert has worked on design strategies for many of the top companies in the world including Red Bull and Honeywell. He has also worked on optimizing voter journeys for many U.S political campaigns resulting in considerable more engagement in the political process including higher voter turnout and donations.
