Stefano is a passionate service designer and human-centered innovation strategist. At Continuum, he supports companies to develop products, services, and brand experiences (for both online and off-line users) that harmonize clients’ business requirements with customers’ emotional needs and behaviors. He believes strongly in multidisciplinary and multicultural work teams, where the intersection shared by people with different mindsets and cultures adds special value to projects. Strong ambassador of the users he meets in the field, to date he has conducted research in eight countries, and has led service design projects spanning from microfinance to urban mobility. Prior to Continuum, Stefano studied service design at Politecnico di Milano and worked at IDEO Munich.
